Diabetes Management
Stable diabetes management keeps veterans safe and out of hospital. Our nurses provide blood glucose monitoring, medication and insulin prompting, and practical diet and meal planning support, while watching closely for signs of hypoglycaemia and hyperglycaemia. We escalate promptly and keep GPs informed so that management stays on track.

Diabetes management support is available to eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders at no out-of-pocket cost, delivered in coordination with your GP.
